MasterClass Speaker:
We are thrilled to introduce Bill James, a multinational communications expert who has worked with organisations such as Fonterra, Foodstuffs, and Anchor brands. Bill is renowned for helping individuals who don’t naturally consider themselves salespeople to promote their businesses authentically. He’s an internationally Certified Speaking Professional, awarded by the Global Speakers Federation, and has been awarded the NZ Educator and Speaker of the Year.

• Why is it that some people speak, and everyone listens, nodding in agreement, while others struggle to engage their audience? In this session, we’ll explore the power of persuasive language—what to say, how to say it, and when to deliver your message for maximum impact.
• The way you say something can often be as important as what you say, right? You'll learn practical, actionable tips to make sure your words resonate with your audience.
• Walk away with strategies you can use immediately the next day in your conversations, meetings, or presentations.
